What happens next

• We refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 2 business days of your request.
• Your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• Once refunded, your access link stops working.
• An upgrade to the Complete Edition can be refunded on its own, within 30 days of the upgrade.
