About the author

I didn’t start with a plan. I started with a promise.

George Gagnidze is an entrepreneur from the country of Georgia who builds businesses for the global market. After years of feeling lost, he turned his life around in December 2022 by working a full-time job by day and building his first business by night. THINK & BUILD DAILY is the road he had to find on his own, written down for anyone who is ready to start.

  1. Age 13

    The first lesson

I was thirteen when my uncle gave me my first look at what a business owner’s life is really like: long days and decisions I didn’t yet understand. All through my childhood he talked to me about things I didn’t want to hear at the time. He taught me how to set a goal, and how to say no to anything that wouldn’t serve my future. Today I know what he was doing. He was planting the future in me.

  2. Age 14

    Motivation, then discipline

At fourteen I took my first real step. I didn’t like the way I looked, so I joined a gym. I could barely wait for the first month to end. Then I saw results and signed up for another month. The motivation faded fast, but discipline took its place. I trained consistently until I was eighteen.

  3. Ages 15 to 16

    The lost years

At fifteen and sixteen, I lost my way. I knew I could build something, but I couldn’t take the first step. I didn’t like looking in the mirror. Stress, dissatisfaction and depression followed me for a long time. Those years are a dark chapter for me.

    The promise

That day, everything changed. I bought my first online business course and started reading the first book that taught me the value of money, The Richest Man in Babylon. Before I began, I made myself a promise: the day I think about quitting is the day I give up for good. I haven’t thought about quitting since.

  5. The months after

Nine hours for the job. The rest for the dream.

I worked nine hours a day at a job I didn’t love, but I knew it wasn’t just a job. It was a tool. The rest of my time, often more than twelve hours a day, went into building something of my own. The book taught me to save 10% of every paycheck. I flipped the rule: most of my pay went into my business, and the rest into savings. I said no to almost everything I held dear: time with people I loved, celebrations, rest. That’s when I wrote the sentence that still stays with me:

“I gave up a life, for the sake of life.”

    Two failures, two lessons

On May 18, 2023, my first attempt failed, and it cost me almost a year’s salary. My second attempt failed too. I didn’t count either one as a loss. I counted them as tuition: every mistake taught me something no course had.

  7. After that

    Building

After those two failures, I founded a company that wrote ad copy and designed ad posters for businesses in any niche. Investors took notice and acquired it. Years later, it closed. In the meantime, I was building a business model I believed in. It was profitable within its first weeks, and it’s still going strong today.

  8. Today

    Why I write

Today I have the chance to help anyone who wants a better future. That’s why I created these books. They walk you through what I had to figure out alone, with nothing but books.

The books I still recommend

  • 365 Keys to Success by Ramaz Gigauri
  • Atomic Habits by James Clear
  • The Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason
  • The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel
  • The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene

My goal is simple: to do as much good as I can, in as many lives as I can.
